Born and raised in the Philly area, basketball has been woven into the fabric of my life since I was a kid. From the moment I made the B team at 10 years old, I vowed to never let that happen again. That determination fueled my journey, playing for a powerhouse program at Archbishop Wood, Bucks County Wildcats, Philadelphia Belles, earning a starting spot at Rider University, and chasing excellence every step of the way. But when my playing career ended, I felt lost. I spent a decade in finance, earning accolades, pursuing law school and an MBA, and even working in investment banking. Yet, none of it gave me the feeling basketball once did.
That search for passion led me down a path of personal growth and self-discovery. I’ve lived in six different cities throughout my career, taken solo international trips to challenge myself, and committed to living every day in a meaningful way, whatever that looks like for me. I’m not just a coach; I’m a lifelong learner, an avid reader, and someone who thrives on competition, whether it’s coaching, playing in amateur sports leagues (because you know 3 ACL repairs), or pushing myself to grow in new ways.
But coaching is where my heart is. I bring everything I have, every single day, for my players, my staff, and the game itself. I founded Athelite Evolution to help athletes discover who they are beyond the sport, and coaching allows me to take that mission even further. I believe in mental toughness, self-awareness, and building confidence through accountability. I’m a players’ coach - honest, direct, and deeply invested in my athletes' growth on and off the court. I love this game, and I love coaching even more. My energy is contagious, my passion is real, and my goal is simple: to serve. I serve my players, my staff, and myself by striving to make every experience meaningful. At the end of the day, if I can help just one person, I’ve done my job.

I am a coach who embraces vulnerability, owns mistakes, and continues working toward goals alongside my team. I strive to create a culture where accountability and joy can coexist — where we have fun off the court, but once we step between the lines, it’s business. I guide players to trust in themselves, believe in their ability to lead, and understand their power as teammates. I foster an environment where players grow into caring, resourceful, and self-disciplined individuals, people who do the right thing when no one is watching, who hold themselves and each other accountable, and who understand that mistakes are opportunities to learn, not failures to fear.

I aim to build a team-first environment where roles are clearly defined and each individual has a role they can be proud of and buy into. My goal is to create a high-character, high-performance environment that inspires young women to be fierce competitors and impactful leaders.
Developing the whole athlete is central to my philosophy. I see players as full humans, not just basketball players. I believe in whole-athlete development, developing the physical, mental, emotional, and leadership capacities of every player. My approach emphasizes fundamentals, skill development, and basketball IQ paired with strong mentorship and a focus on academic excellence.

Every successful program is grounded in a clear set of non-negotiable values. These values guide how we train, compete, communicate, and grow — on and off the court. Accountability: Every athlete, coach, and staff member is responsible for their role and their impact. We will hold each other to high standards and take ownership of our actions. Accountability is not about perfection, it’s about consistency, integrity, and the willingness to face challenges head-on, together. Coachability: A player’s willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback is essential to their development. The best teams are filled with players who are eager to improve and who see coaching as a partnership, not a correction. Adaptability: The ability to adjust, pivot, and stay composed in changing circumstances separates good teams from great ones. I train adaptability through preparation, adversity, and a mindset that embraces challenge. Whether it’s a new role, a game-time adjustment, or a shift in momentum, players will be equipped to respond, not react.
